Gayle Haley

Chief Executive Officer
Since 1993, Gayle has been the CEO and owner of Haley Brand, as well as Haley Brand Aerospace and Haley Films, Inc.

Her experience as a commercial pilot provides a unique understanding of the aviation industry. Having played competitive soccer, Gayle regards her business much like a team sport. It’s all about building a team whose objective is to play to win the game for our clients.

Ken Koester

Senior Design Director
Ken is a widely acclaimed creative director with over 25 years of experience creating and producing award-winning marketing solutions. His work has been nationally recognized and he has been actively involved in the Dallas Society of Visual Communications.

Bernardo Romero

Senior Graphic Designer
Bernardo brings fresh ideas to graphic and web design. He has experience in creating marketing campaigns and print ads as well as developing ads for website, email and social media content.

Aly Yale

Lead Content Strategist
Aly is well-versed in writing, editing, blogging, web content creation, and social media and web content management. Her wide range of skills and experience makes her a valuable asset in any medium.

Clif Stroud

Media Relations
Clif brings more aviation experience to the table, having been involved in business aviation marketing communications for most of his career. He served as editor-in-chief of two leading aviation magazines, was director of communications for the NATA, and launched a full-service aviation communications firm.

Donovan Beery

Designer/Developer
With a background in visual communications, web design and creative concepting, Donovan has a keen eye for seeing the unique and creating corporate identities and web designs that stand out. He lectures on web design and teaches visual communications at a community college.

Rebecca Downing

Senior Program Manager
As a proven director of product and marketing and a PMI-certified project manager, Rebecca serves as the liaison between Haley Brand’s clients and our team. She has over 15 years of experience with large-scale B2B and B2C websites with global corporate and digital agencies.

Michael Mandahl

Digital Design
Michael is experienced in designing, developing and producing all types of advertising materials and collateral from concept to press checks and everything in between.
