Listen. Every client wants you to really hear them. Understand them. Appreciate their unique story. At Haley Brand Intelligence, we are great listeners. From our initial meeting, we pay close attention and begin to focus on how we can best serve the client.
Initiate. Various activities lead to the approval for Haley Brand Intelligence to initiate a project. From reviewing RFP/RFQ to understanding the objectives and parameters. Identify the team and share documents. Submit proposal and revise as needed to meet client requirements, such as scope, budget and legal.
Plan. Next, we develop a plan by conducting research, analyzing the competitive landscape, evaluating market conditions, understanding key messages, auditing the current brand strategy and execution, etc. Ultimately, we will prepare a strategy that outlines our findings and observations, ensuring that we will be effective.
Think. This phase involves exploring different directions of approach to accomplish the client’s desired results. By evaluating all the options with our client, we can then begin to refine a messaging platform and theme and ultimately select a final creative approach. With the client’s best interest in mind, our standard process is to explore the possibilities, evaluate the options, and select the best solution to achieve the best outcome.
Solve. This is the phase in which we fine-tune creative and manage the production of all the final deliverables for the project. We select, manage and work collaboratively with the vendors involved in the project (i.e., photographers, writers, printers, programmers, fabricators, etc.) to ensure the deliverables meet our exacting standards.
Learn. After projects are completed we like to measure satisfaction levels. We believe the best way to build long-term relationships is to meet and exceed expectations. That’s why we ask our clients to help us evaluate our performance. Together, we identify positives and negatives to ensure we continue to learn and improve.
